Terrible service, Pullover shrinkage
My experience with the service at this store was just terrible. I placed an order and out of nowhere, they canceled it even though the item was still available. I ended up having to ask a friend to order it for me, but when it finally arrived, it was a kid's pullover that had shrunk and gotten all messed up, even though I followed the washing instructions. I paid over $100 for this pullover, so it's really disappointing to see it falling apart so quickly. This store might try to pass itself off as a fancy fashion brand, but when it comes to quality, it's lacking far behind more affordable brands like Zara or Arket. I definitely won't be giving them my business again.
