Strawberry Banana vape pen
I bought this Strawberry Banana vape pen from the website, thinking it would be good for a month of use since I don't use it a lot. But it ended up only lasting me 3 days, which was a letdown. I reached out to customer service and they asked for my address and purchase info. After waiting for a replacement, I followed up with them but got a small ghost max with no sorry or reason. The bad communication and lack of fix made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. This whole situation has made me not want to buy anything from them again.
