Returned socks, under refund, Easy Returns policy, poor customer service.
I bought some stuff online not too long ago, but it didn't fit right so I had to send it back. When I got my money back, it was way less than what I originally paid. Even though they claim to have an Easy Returns policy, I only got a small portion of what I spent. What's really annoying is that they told me through email that I'd get the whole amount back, but that didn't happen. Their lack of honesty in how they handle refunds is really disappointing.

Trey over at Net Reputation was really great to work with. Even when we hit some bumps in the road, he stayed patient and kept our best interests in mind. Our time with NetReputation has been outstanding. Trey's commitment to helping us get rid of false information online was truly impressive.
