Premium membership issue
I've been having trouble with my premium membership on this website. Even though I’m supposed to be a member for life, my account got locked out of the blue and I can't get to the stuff I paid for. I've tried reaching out for help through email, Facebook, Twitter, and the website itself, but no one has gotten back to me after waiting for months. It's been really frustrating not getting any customer support or communication. I'm trying to find out who runs this website so I can take further action and get this sorted out.
