Chain necklace purchase
The chain necklace I bought was so pretty, just like it was described online. Ordering it was a breeze, and I liked getting updates on where it was at in the shipping process. The only thing I noticed is that sometimes the necklace gets caught on stuff like clothes, which was a little annoying. I think they could tweak the design a bit to make it smoother and more polished.

Night time skincare product
I recently bought a night time skincare product from this company and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with how it's all gone down. I placed an order for 3 of the products on November 19th, but turns out only 1 was in stock. I said it was all good, I'd wait for the other items to come back in stock and be shipped out. Fast forward to mid-December, I reached out to see what the deal was with my order. I was told they'd be sent out soon. But here we are, almost two months since I ordered, and I still haven't gotten them. I reached out earlier this week, but haven't heard back from them. The lack of communication and delay in getting my stuff has really got me doubting this company's reliability.
