Multiple magazine subscriptions
I recently bought a bunch of magazine subscriptions from this company, but I've been really let down by the way things have gone. It's been two months since I made the order, but all I've gotten is one 'trial' issue. The website is super confusing, and it's like trying to find a real person to talk to is almost impossible. I got these subscriptions as birthday gifts for my family, but they haven't even gotten them yet. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with this company. I've sent multiple emails asking about my order, but all I get back is an automated email telling me to fill out some form. And even when I finally did get a response, I couldn't even pick out my specific magazine from the list to check on when it would be delivered.
