Handmade item purchase
I just bought a handmade item on this platform because I wanted to support independent artists and get something unique. But after I placed my order, I didn't hear much from the seller, and there was a lack of customer service. When my item finally showed up, it wasn't what I was expecting at all—totally different from what was described.
