I suggest going for Inscape guided meditation programs where they have so many varieties available for that. They do visualations, waterfall relaxation and lot of other unique meditation programs. It's the best way to start meditation, if you are not sure how to proceed with that.

I loved their best-selling collection and I just started with reading all of those books one by one. The books are cost-efficient or reasonable plus there are lot of offers and discounts. I mean, this is reallly a fantastic place to go for.
More than that, the delivery is quite quick, no superfast but okay.
