Chemistry experiment kit purchase
I bought a chemistry experiment kit for my kid to get them interested in hands-on learning, but it didn't live up to my expectations. The instructions weren't very helpful, and the materials seemed fragile and broke easily. The educational features, like the AR element, felt more like a trick than a real learning tool. I contacted customer support a month ago about these problems, but I never heard back, which was disappointing. It seems like others have faced the same issues, as another reviewer mentioned a similar problem, showing a pattern with the company.
