Toy trunk and drawers purchase
I just bought a toy trunk and drawers from this company, but man, I was really let down by the product. The drawers barely even come out all the way, so you can't really use them for much. When I tried to return it, they said no way because it's a personal item. That really goes against what I thought their return policy was all about, especially when it's just a regular trunk sitting in a warehouse right here in the US. I'd tell others to be careful if they're thinking about buying from this company after my bad experience.

Renewed subscription
I've been a customer of this company for over ten years, and I've always been happy with my experience. But when I renewed my subscription last September, I was really disappointed with the changes they made in the rebrand. The loud music now makes it hard to hear the instructions during my workouts. I contacted customer service to ask for a partial refund due to the higher subscription fee, but they gave me a cold response saying they couldn't do it. It was really disheartening to feel undervalued as a long-time customer.

But gotta be real, the shipping communication was a letdown. Bel kox distressed black cabinets
I just got myself two distressed black cabinets from this office supply store and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how it all went down. Ski equipment purchase
Rossignol has some really top-notch ski gear and their customer service is great. I recently bought a few things from them and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything performs. The customer service peeps were friendly and really helped out with any questions I had about my order. The only thing I'd suggest is maybe trying a different delivery service than UPS. UPS has been kinda dropping the ball lately, not really notifying me when they deliver my packages and sometimes making me go pick them up at a collection spot. Plus, it's taking longer for my stuff to get to me than I expected. But overall, I'm happy with Rossignol's products and service, just hoping they can work on the delivery process a bit.

Lace front wig purchase
I just bought a lace front wig, and it was a total nightmare dealing with the company. I saw some bad reviews online so I tried to cancel my order right away. The customer service rep tried to change my mind with a discount, but I wasn't having it. Finally got a cancellation email that was super poorly written and just rude. I was left feeling really annoyed and let down. I won't be shopping with them again, that's for sure.
