Shoes
I bought a pair of shoes from this company but I wasn't happy with them. I saw on their website they had a free exchange policy, so I contacted customer service to return them. "Dina" said I could exchange them but didn't send me a return label like she said she would. I emailed her a few times after that but didn't get any response. It's frustrating that they're not keeping their promises and not communicating well. It's been a disappointing customer service experience.
