Allegiance Flag Company not only sells high-quallity products that are one-hundred percent Made in America, it is also veteran-owned and operatd. All are important to me. So is customer service. They are 5... in my book after receiving excellent (BEYOND excellent) customer service when an issue cropped up. Communication was timely and everything was handled with professionalism. Issues were resolved without hesitation, and replacements were quickly dispatched. Having worked in customer service, I can easily spot sincerity and honesty.
