Danner Prong horn boots
Ordered a pair of boots.. No order confirmation sent to My email. Called.. Said they would send one.. Still no confirmation. Called again.. Finally got a confirmation. Two weeks, no boots. Called. Oh, looks like your boots went to the wrong zip code. CA instead of Idaho. Claimed they were gonna fix it.. Called 3 times. Finally got my boots.. 5 weeks. Never got a opps, or a sorry, nothing. Should have made things right. Acted like they didn't care. Will not use them again.
