Returned 2 pairs of jeans
It really stinks when a company talks a big game about their awesome customer service, but then drops the ball when it comes to actually following through. I just sent back 2 pairs of jeans, and let me tell you, I'm super bummed out by how little they've kept me in the loop about my refund. The jeans got there on a specific day, but I haven't heard a peep about what's going on with my money. It's frustrating to feel like I'm being ignored, especially after dropping some serious cash on their stuff. They might charge a lot, but their service definitely doesn't measure up.
