Unflattering Fit
I'm really disappointed with the clothes I got from this company. The fit was all wrong, and the fabric and stitching were super low quality. It seemed like they didn't pay much attention to making them, and they definitely weren't worth the price. When I tried to return them for a refund, the service was unprofessional and the return process was a pain. It's been two weeks since I sent them back and still no refund. When I asked customer service, they couldn't give me a clear answer on when I'd get my money back. Such a frustrating and disappointing experience overall.
