Subscription, unanswered emails, missing magazines
This company is just terrible when it comes to customer service. I signed up for their magazine for my grandson, but I haven't received any response to my emails about missing issues. It's been 6 weeks and there's still no solution. It's really not okay for a magazine that claims to be high quality to treat their customers like this.
