"Claimed brand new OEM part"
I thought I was getting new OEM Toyota parts from this company, but they sent me a used knock-off instead. I was totally let down by their misleading advertising. Their Better Business Bureau rating is terrible - just one star for good reason. Don't rely on these guys!

Microsoft Personal Account
I recently purchased a Microsoft Personal Account and I was really puzzled by their use of the word "ACCOUNT". I didn't understand why I would buy an account that is being controlled by another organization instead of being independent like they claim. And then, when they provide you with the login info and you change the password, you can't even reset it if necessary! It's just so confusing, you know?
