I recently bought this really cute and comfy pair of underwear. Unfortunately, I noticed a small hole in one of them. I reached out to their customer service through email and they were so nice and helpful in helping me solve the problem. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Diamond earrings purchase
I recently tried to buy these really pretty diamond earrings that were on sale for 30% off. At first, it looked like they were in stock so I was all excited and reached out to customer service through live chat and email. They were really nice and seemed helpful, so I went ahead and ordered the earrings to be sent to a friend in the US. But my excitement didn't last long because 3 days later, I got a message saying my order was canceled because they claimed they didn't have any in stock. But weirdly, the earrings were still showing as available on their website. I contacted customer service for an explanation, but they couldn't really give me a straight answer and just told me to call their phone support. Feeling frustrated but not ready to give up, I tried to order just one item this time, using the same payment info, only to have it canceled again, this time because of payment issues.

Feel great in size 2XL tees
Man, these shirts are seriously awesome! Every time I put one on, it feels amazing - and get this, even after I've washed them like a million times, they still feel brand spankin’ new. The fit for us bigger guys in the 2XL size is on point. Seriously, I haven't found another shirt that fits me as well as these bad boys do. Plus, can we just talk about the colors they offer? They are next level, not your run-of-the-mill boring t-shirt shades, that's for sure.
But the best part? This company helps out homeless veterans, how cool is that? It feels good knowing that my purchase is actually making a difference for those who served our country. Major kudos to them for that.
