Domain name acquisition
I was really let down as a customer when I bought a domain name from that company. The whole thing just seemed sketchy and not trustworthy, which made me wonder if the business was even legit. They didn't communicate well with me, and I felt totally left out of the loop during the whole deal. Honestly, it was super frustrating and worrying, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
