I had such a great experience with their customer service team recently. The lady who picked up the phone was super nice, really helpful, and actually listened to what I had to say. She transferred me to a Nutritional advisor named Hannah, who was just as amazing. Hannah knew her stuff and gave me some great suggestions for products. She even followed up with an email full of more helpful info. I'll definitely be sticking with this company from now on.
