Hair extensions purchase
I got some hair extensions from this company and they looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I was really bummed out to see how different they were in terms of quality and how they looked. On top of that, their customer service was absolutely terrible. Trying to return the product was a total nightmare. The return button on their site wasn't working right, so I had to deal with it all through email. But even then, their responses were super slow and it took days to hear back. All in all, my experience with this company was awful and I definitely won't be buying from them again.
