I ordered a doll on August 08, 2020 and haven’t received it. I emailed a few times and haven’t received a response. I was told on August 24, 2020 that it shipped but still haven’t received a shipping email with a tracking number. I email almost daily with zero response.
I did the same thing and they lied about sending my grand baby her doll. They are liars and scammers. I would never order anything else from them. Stay Away !! This company will NEVER REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY!!
