Absolutely horrible experience.. I like what the company stands for and was hoping that the reviews were just a few unfortunate coincidences but it all happened to me. Item was "out of stock" they refused to give a refund now four months later I ended up with an item I never intended to buy and it doesn't work properly to boot.. asked them many times what they were going to do about sending me a broken item but never any reply. Do NOT do business with them if you want to keep your frustration levels low. Also the products are okay but for what you pay I was expecting something better..
