Case of cabernets
I've been shopping with this online wine store for a while now, and I've always been super impressed with how great their customer service is. Just recently, I ordered a case of cabernets and then realized I forgot to use a discount offer I got in an email. But, I called their customer service number real quick, and they fixed it right up for me. The lady I talked to, Christina, was so nice and really helpful in getting everything sorted out. She made sure I was happy with my experience and did more than expected to help me out. I can't say enough good things about the service I got.
