Review about: eLibrary
eBook purchase
The eBooks on eLibrary cover a lot of different subjects, which is pretty cool. I like being able to read them on my phone whenever and wherever I want. But, I gotta say, the way the website looks and works could use an update. I had some trouble figuring out how to get around, and that was annoying. Even though the info on eLibrary is good, they could definitely make it easier to use.

Sheepskin slippers confusing sizing
I gave customer service a call and spoke with Jack. He was super helpful and really understood my problem. He was really nice and took the time to help me figure out what size I needed. I couldn't find a shoe size chart in the magazine I was looking at, so I ended up buying the wrong size. The slippers weren't long enough and I was kind of disappointed. Other than that, the slippers were great and the price was reasonable.
