Camera lens purchase
The customer service at B&H was awesome compared to places like Amazon. This guy named Michael took the time to answer all my questions and double-checked that the camera lens I was getting would work with my camera. Even though Amazon had the same product, price, and shipping choices, the one-on-one help I got at B&H sealed the deal for me. I really value the knowledge and care the staff showed.
