Review about: Testclear
Overnight delivery
I just shelled out extra bucks for overnight shipping from this company, thinking I'd get my package quickly. But lo and behold, FedEx dropped the ball and didn't deliver on time. They said they tried but I didn't get any notification or anything. Test Clear basically said "not our problem" and left me hanging. It's frustrating to see a company not care about their customers when their partners mess up. I was really let down by the lack of help and concern from Test Clear in this whole mess.
