quick response, helpful support team
The support team was fantastic - they responded quickly and answered all our questions. My only suggestion would be to make the video a bit more polished. The intro slides felt kind of basic like they were just copied from a PDF, and maybe some smoother transitions or shorter clips would help. Overall, it seemed like a rushed job, but the person we sent it to really enjoyed it.
