Quick response and resolution of an issue with the plate carrier camo.
I had a little problem with the plate carrier camo I picked out, but the customer service team was really fast to reply and fixed it right away. They kept me in the loop the whole time, and I was really impressed with how they dealt with everything. I liked that they paid attention to the little things and were willing to make sure everything was good.
