I recently had a problem with my order from this place, but Jeff from customer service really came through for me. He was extremely helpful and on top of things, keeping me updated throughout the whole process. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with how everything turned out.

Adjustable desk purchase
The desk is pretty good, but man, the hardware was messed up and made things really annoying. We had to wait two whole weeks just to get a new leg for the desk, and then as soon as we ordered a smaller replacement desktop, BAM, another problem popped up. They said they'd make a custom top for us, but they sent the wrong one instead, so now it doesn't even fit right with the base. It's been more than two weeks since they messed up and we still have no clue when the right desktop will get here. All in all, it's been a real pain and super inconvenient.
