overpriced sports drink
I was so let down by my experience with this company. I bought their overpriced sports drink hoping for some benefits, but it was a total dud. Trying to cancel was a nightmare, and now I'm stuck paying for five more months of this stuff I don't want. Customer service was terrible - they wouldn't help me out at all. If you're thinking about trying this product, definitely do the two-week trial first. After that, you're pretty much locked in with no way out. I took a chance and it didn't work out, and the fact that they won't give refunds to dissatisfied customers says a lot about how much they believe in their own product.
