Unauthorized order cancellation
When I called to cancel an order I didn't make, Jenn over in customer service was no help at all. She wouldn't give me a refund and she acted like she didn't care at all. Her attitude really turned me off from using those vitamins I bought. And when I asked to talk to a manager, they said there wasn't one around, which just made things worse. Overall, my customer service experience was terrible, and I recommend avoiding this company because Jenn's service was just plain bad.
