Recent food delivery
The food has been really good, but the service could be better. It's kind of annoying to remember to customize my meals before the deadline, especially when I need to leave out certain ingredients. It would be nice to have a simpler way to set my preferences for meals. But even with that problem, the meals have been tasty and top-notch.

Try before you buy order
I'm a customer who chose to try before I buy, and I was pretty stoked to test out these products from the company. But then I heard a bunch of bad reviews about how the stuff wasn't even warm, so I decided to return my order without even trying it on. I sent it back, but now the company is saying they never got it and they're trying to make me pay for something I don't even have. This complete lack of responsibility and customer service is really bumming me out and has left me super annoyed with the whole thing.
