Monthly subscription issue
I had an issue with my subscription for a service that kept charging me even though I thought I had canceled after the free trial period. I emailed customer service about it, and to my surprise, they responded quickly and fixed the problem right away. They refunded the last two months' payments that were charged by mistake. The customer service team was super friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. I've dealt with a lot of customer service in the past year, but this experience was the best by far. If I ever need this service again, I'll definitely go back to them. Thanks for the great service and take care!
