Teacher discount issue
I had a problem trying to verify my teacher discount with the government. I contacted customer support for help, and they told me I needed to contact government support because it's handled by a different company. But the customer service rep went the extra mile to find me a different discount code that actually worked. It saved me money and time, so I was really impressed with the help I got. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.
