Digital magazine subscription purchase
I ran into a little issue when I was trying to buy a digital magazine subscription. There was a technical glitch that messed up my order. I got a little worried when they asked me to send them info that Magzter already sent me to fix the problem. But even with that hiccup, the customer service team was really nice, and they eventually got everything sorted out to my satisfaction.
