Sweetheart Maxi
I ordered the sweetheart ... from this website and should've done my research prior. The pre-order said that items would be sent out a month ago, and I have not received a shipping confirmation or a reply back to the many emails i sent to their support email, their instagram, or their tiktok. They are also deleting my comments on their instagram. I wish I didn't have to say it, but I think this store is either a scam, or for whatever reason is taking my money for an item that they possibly don't have anymore and refusing to refund the money. PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE!

40 dollars worth of plates
they scammed me out of $40. It took them 34 days to issue me a refund with zero explanation of where my money has been sitting for 34 days and where all of the items were that I ordered there was zero communication. This is not a US seller this is probably an Asian wholesaler there was no tracking. There was no communication she was totally rude. She never gave me an explanation and she totally took my money for over a month before bothering to issue me a refund she never even submitted my tracking information. I do not recommend ordering from this website it’s very sketchy. I noticed some sketchy transactions on my credit card so I had to get a new credit card after this incident as well.

GLOWRY SKIN DISCOLORATION REVERSAL OIL
I am extremely perturbed with this company as I placed my order on January 2, 2021 and here today February 27, 2021, it has not been delivered. Additionally, no one has contacted me at all after I send messages and “Chatted” inquiring about my order! At this point I want my $50.71 REFUND!!!!!
I ordered the reversal oil, buy 1 get 1 free. I didn’t receive a confirmation or anything, however the payment was deducted from my bank account. I direct message Dana Chanal the owner and made an inquiry and a screen shot of the payment. She then sent me a tracking number saying it was in the next shipment. I received the box this past Saturday and it took about a week to get the package once I DM her.
I’m on the internet now looking for a review of this discoloration oil and didn’t find anything but her giving the reviews. There’s no list of ingredients and all I know is my eyes have been burning all day from residue of the oil getting in my eyes.The oil didn’t work for me either. I used it consistently for almost two months and twice a day at that. My dark spots are still there.
These people are really scammers please , please, please am begging do not order from this website SCAMMERS AT ITS BEST
I got 2 of the glory skin discoloration products They were half empty when I received them because they leaked out in the Box My friend ordered some too And the only thing I can say is that it will work if you use them 4 times A-day for 5 years These people are ripping people off

I would like to bring attention of company to be attentive at different Chanel's including Amazon online where negative comments creating confusion among other sellers you should communicate with them to clear it Even I too got confused after reading those remarks.
