No delivery; No response
I've been waiting over 2 weeks for an update on my purchase. I ordered over $100 worth of Super Coffee for my place of employment to try because I love their product & wanted to spread the word. Ordering was easy! But 2+ weeks later & I haven't even received a tracking number. My payment went through immediately. I thought perhaps due to Covid things are delayed. That's understandable. But 2 emails, Facebook messages, inquiries at Route, & NOTHING?! At this point I'd like to at least get my money back. Be wary when ordering from their website. Stick to finding it at your local grocery store.
