COUNTERFEIT 1000 Thread Count Sheet Set, actually Microfiber
Untilgone.com AKA Legatos Holdings Inc: Untilgone.com website and item advertised as "Luxury Home 1,000 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sheet Sets". These are NOT what is stated. They are MICROFIBER and NOT 1,000 thread count Cotton sheets. Untilgone.com is aware of this and the FALSE ADVERTISING but continues to sell them. If you try to return them for FRAUD they will not pay return shipping and demand they are returned in a RESALEABLE condition. Meaning they plan to sell the same FAKE SHEETS to someone else. For the "Clearance" Price you can buy other MICROFIBER SHEETS for a lot less. Will be leaving additional Reviews on other sites and filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) ID#15080374. This company has a 1 STAR Review on the BBB Site and is NOT accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Additionally they have 28 Complaints filed against them, many for FRAUD and selling COUNTERFEIT items. I have contacted UntilGone.com with this information as well as PROOF that these Sheets are FAKES. The sheets have are packaged with "Bibb Home" labeling but the tags on the sheets are marked "mellanni" which ONLY manufactures and sells MICROFIBER Sheets. Untilgone.com has responded with the typical run around response with NO RESOLUTION. Avoid this company. It's not worth the headache of buying COUNERFEIT items and getting ripped off.
