Subscription cancellation nightmare
I'm really frustrated with trying to cancel my subscription. The link they gave me to cancel isn't working, they're not responding to my emails, and they've been taking money out of my account without permission. It's been a hassle trying to get a refund, and even PayPal is struggling to help. And to top it off, the support number they gave me ended up being someone's personal cell phone. This whole situation has been a huge letdown. The science kit we got was just OK, it didn't keep my son's attention for long. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company. They seem shady and unreliable.
