Software purchase for training and onboarding
The software is kinda clunky, ya know? It's missing some key features, like being able to grab graphics or pics from the internet and easily insert diagrams without having to use other software. Plus, trying to organize info in alphabetical order is a real pain, making it super frustrating to navigate.
