    Scanning not working

    I was trying to scan my receipt on Fetch and it kept telling me it was from 2017, even though I had only gotten it two days ago! So, I requested a manual review and they turned me down. I reached out to support, and in no time, Jay came to the rescue and resolved the issue. He even shared some tips for future reference. It was quite a hassle for just 25 points, but Jay was so fast and accommodating! Much appreciated, Jay!
