Water meter box broken coverage
So I had this broken water meter box, right? I reached out to the service provider for help, only to find out that it wasn't covered under the policy. They told me it was considered an act of God, which just made me mad and frustrated with the service. It felt like I was paying for coverage that didn't really protect me like I thought it would. The customer service I got during this whole thing was pretty lacking and left a lot to be desired. Overall, my experience with the service was a letdown, and I would recommend others to really look over the coverage details before signing up for a policy.
