Blaze Milano blazers
I normally am a size 1 in Blaze Milano. I bought two blazers thinking they were cheaper on the site. The jackets came and they were too big. I requested a return. They did not reply when I asked them for DHL labels, so I sent it on my own. I was worried about the 14 day window. And when I contacted them about the window, they said that it’s clearly outlined in policies. They would not offer me an exception. In the I paid for speedpost from Hong Kong. In addition to what I have already paid, they ended up charging me €600 for duties they had to pay on their end. Never order from double F. Never send back to Italy. Both an impossible situation. Whatever you think you might be saving, it will cost you later. Customer service is atrocious. They answered about half of my emails, they did not answer specific issues and questions I raised, and they kept referring back to their policies without addressing my actual issue. Good luck if you order from here. You will regret it.
