    I placed a large order for caviar which was supposed to ship on 12/27 to arrive 12/28.
    No carrier or tracking number was supplied. The caviar was supposed to arrive today and because of the weather is not going to. No notice was supplied by Imperia Caviar that the product would be delayed, so that I could buy another product. In fact, it has not been shipped yet.
    Email and telephone are impossible to contact. Texting is better but but inadequate.
    My options are to either to cancel my order or to take late delivery and get 20% more caviar. What use is that if it doesn't arrive.
    You have ruined my New Year.
