Software pricing and payment issue
The software works really well for what I need, but I ran into a frustrating problem when I tried to switch my payment method from PayPal to a credit card. The interface wouldn't let me make any changes, so I had to cancel my current subscription and switch to a pricier plan. My advice is to avoid using PayPal to pay for this service because it's really inflexible when it comes to updating payment info.
