Slate photos
I made an initial order with Ellisi Gifts that was fine. However the next 2 orders were not good. First I ordered multiple slate photos and they were not as ordered. I and my wife double checked the order before submitting so we as pretty sure it was correct. However when it came wrong Ellisi claimed it was our fault and since they do not give you a visual confirmation of the order there is no way to prove anything. We wanted the photo slates to match so we went ahead and reordered the slate. This order took a month to arrive. With both orders customer service appeared more interested in defending Ellisi than helping a customer. Much better option out there.
