Charcoal facial scrub purchase
I just wanted to share that I was pretty bummed when I found out my go-to charcoal facial scrub was no longer available. But thanks to Nora from customer service, she went out of her way to track down the last bit of stock and helped me snag some before it was all gone. I was really impressed with how quickly she got back to me and how much effort she put into making sure I could still get what I needed.
