CBD oil purchase, payment issues, customer service
I bought some CBD oil from this one company recently, and let me tell you, trying to pay for it turned into a real headache. They really try to push you into using this one payment service, even though they originally said you could pay with a regular bank or PayPal. The customer service people on the phone even straight up lied about the payment options, which made me feel like I couldn't trust them. I suggest checking out reviews of this company before you buy anything from them. It's pretty basic for businesses nowadays to offer multiple ways to pay so customers feel safe and know what's going on. It's a shame because the products aren't half bad.
