Wrist Watch
I originally bought a watch from them in early June and I was very excited to receive it, but when it came in the mail it appeared as though it had been through heck and back and was completely damaged. This was clearly USPS's fault as the packaging was basically torn open and so I got in contact with Maria at customer services to explain. She was incredibly helpful and provided me with a pre-paid return label to send it back and had a replacement issued immediately. The new watch came and I've barely taken it off since! Overall, great service - they really care about their customers and I will definitely be shopping again!
